Urbis identifies the real estate hot spots in south east Queensland
Urbis Associate Director and residential expert Jon Rivera appeared on Brisbane’s channel 7 news yesterday as part of a special on residential opportunities in south east Queensland. Jon has been conducting some extensive research, analysis and client work for the residential market throughout Queensland which has given him an extraordinary insight into the market and where it’s heading.
In last nights news special Jon said, “The window is shutting quite quickly and I think it’s the next 6 to 12 months where you’ve got that opportunity,”
