Westfield Sydney is a massive $1.2 billion retail and office redevelopment project located in downtown Sydney. Urbis has been the key advisor for Westfield since the inception of this project. This has involved forecasts of sales turnover and tenancy mix in this large and complex multi level retail project. We have also provided advice and support on matters of economic impact, negotiations with adjoining owners and valuation and commercial advice in negotiations with the City of Sydney regarding bridge and tunnel connections.
