Urbis was commissioned by the Property Council of Australia to undertake research to provide a base to monitor how Melbourne’s growing population can be accommodated, particularly in established suburbs.
The foremost objective of this project is to develop an independent scorecard for each Melbourne municipality to measure their contribution to the growth target of 600,000 dwellings. This work creates a base of research to be built upon by future studies, which could focus on potential solutions.
