26-28 Wolseley Road, Point Piper 

The site accommodated a heritage-listed building in a premium location at Point Piper with absolute waterfront.

Urbis were engaged to prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects and SEPP 1 Objection for proposed alterations and additions to the existing dwelling house to convert it into a residential flat building comprising three dwellings, six basement car parking spaces, subdivision and associated landscaping. The proposal incorporated a significant extension from the existing building, with a new dwelling on the lower portion of the site.

A strong understanding of relevant planning legislation and the intention of Council’s controls allowed Urbis to provide invaluable advice on the design and land use of the site to guide the proposal through the DA process.

The project is currently being assessed by Woollahra Municipal Council.
