The North Ryde Station Precinct Project aims to redevelop 13.99 hectares of land around North Ryde Station incorporating a mixture of residential, commercial, retail, open space and community uses.
Urbis is leading the coordination of technical specialists and driving the approvals process for this unique Sydney TOD. In this role. Urbis is progressing an innovative dual planning process comprising a State Significant Site Study and a State Significant Development Application for Stage 1 of the project. Urbis’ role also includes the preparation of a site specific Development Control Plan, framework Voluntary Planning Agreement and SEPP amendment.
In addition, Urbis is providing social planning, property economics and heritage services and is leading the consultation process, involving the establishment of an extensive stakeholder and community engagement program and management of a communication strategy to support the project.
