Urbis completed a Strategic Impact Evaluation of the Queensland Government’s Responding to Homelessness Strategy.
The evaluation informed planning and design of Queensland Implementation Plan as part of the national Partnership Agreement on Homelessness. The Evaluation included a review of data and documentation, meta-evaluation, literature review, key informant interviews, and fieldwork consultations with people experiencing homelessness across Queensland and service providers
