Further to the recent approval of a 38 storey commercial tower in the heart of North Sydney CBD, the design of the tower has been modified. It is one of the most significant commercial investments in North Sydney in recent times and will result in the construction of the tallest tower the CBD has seen, provision for a significant number of jobs and upgrading of the Mount Street mall.
