RFW is a not-for-profit organisation based in Manly that has been providing services to enhance the health and well being of country children for more than 85 years.
The organisation instructed Urbis to provide planning advice and consultant coordination in seeking approval to rationalise the overall site arrangement to improve the clinical, schooling and accommodation services currently offered to children and their families, and also introduce a new mix of new uses consistent with the regional role of Manly and Urbis worked closely with Architectus in determining the concept plan layout and provided advice on ways to optimise this significant development potential within the complex constraints of the site, and to clearly communicate the benefits of the project and demonstrate rigorous analysis of potential adverse effects. The project is currently being assessed by the Department of Planning.
