The 400 City Road project is a large $600M+ mixed use development project in Southbank, containing four towers accommodating a 280 room hotel, over 1,200 residential apartments and several restaurant and retail tenancies. Urbis has been a key advisor to DEC Australia since the inception of the project.
With challenging building height and heritage controls covering the 1.2ha island site, Urbis successfully obtained planning approval via the State Government for a development which ultimately exceeded the height control whilst still remaining sympathetic to the heritage environment.
