Tim Blythe is an experienced urban planning advisor who has led teams on many of Sydney’s highest profile developments. He specialises in strategic advisory and statutory planning, and draws on a detailed understanding of the factors that influence decision-making in urban planning to help clients work through the complexities and challenges of the NSW planning system.

His work at Urbis covers most aspects of urban planning, in every sector – including large-scale retail projects, residential and commercial developments, and developments in the suburbs and regions.

As a senior practitioner, Tim leads and advises on many Urbis projects, focusing on the most complex. He’s a skilled master planner and negotiator, and appears as an expert witness before the NSW Land and Environment Court and other panels and tribunals.
