Linda Kurti has 20 years of experience in health and organisational development research, working in the academic, government, and non-profit sectors. Linda has substantial experience in health service evaluation, organisational effectiveness and management of change processes, and health system policy research and development. She has worked in the National Health Service in Britain, within the Divisions of General Practice sector and academic primary health care in Australia, and in the international aid sector. Her research interests include health equity, organisational and service effectiveness, global health, and the intersection of praxis and policy. Linda has worked as a facilitator and consultant with a range of organisations, and has held both executive and strategic roles.

- Development of service models to address local health needs
- Development of evaluation frameworks and methodologies
- Evaluation of medical and other health training and education programs.
