Jamie Govenlock 

Jamie has more than sixteen years experience in local government and private consulting. He specialises in the fields of strategic and statutory planning, master planning and project management and has been involved in a variety of major residential, commercial, retail and industrial development projects. Jamie is a very experienced and well regarded expert witness. He provides expert evidence on a wide range of development proposals regularly appearing before VCAT and Planning Panels.

Jamie has detailed expertise in the assessment and development of statutory planning controls, analysis and advice on urban planning issues, such as land use conflicts, integration of land use activities, general amenity assessments, development facilitation strategies and policy development.
