The Models

• Project Model - the ideal design tool to use early in the planning process. It is used to view a development in the site context. It includes a real time model of the existing area with the proposed development inserted in the context.
• Urban Context Model - generally of a CBD or Activity Centre and used for visualising development proposals in context or carrying out strategic studies such as height studies
• Large Scale Models - the visualisation of very large areas, municipalities or a region. It is used for viewing a region or area as a whole as well as smaller sections for detailed studies.
