Over the past two years Urbis has been developing a future which brings those capabilities to the fore in all that we do. One of the first steps we undertook was a visioning process with all our staff across Australia where we developed specific strategies for sustainability. We now use a ‘learning for sustainability’ approach to enable our staff to think and work differently by embracing its principles not only internally, but also in partnership with our clients.
